Event marketing is a Promotion tool. It describes developing a themed exhibit, display, or presentation to promote a product, service, cause, or organization. It leverages in-person engagement to connect with customers. 

Events can occur online or offline. You can participate in, sponsor or host an event yourself.

An event can be described as a public assembly with the purpose of celebration, education, marketing, or meeting. 

Events can be classified based on their size, type, and context.

  • The “event” is a value.

Marketing the Event is the set of strategic activities and processes for creating, communicating, delivering, and exchanging events that have value for customers, clients, partners, and society at the larger.
